What is New At Medis?

Medis is constantly aiming for new frontiers, not only just with our products and services but within our own company as well. We are therefore pleased to announce the new additions to our Medis family.

NEW WEB DEVELOPER

Medis has appointed a Web developer who will be designing our new and improved web-site. Kyle will be responsible for maintaining this site with the most up-to-date information and notifications that will be available to you.

CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER

Please be on the alert for Katherine Nair, our recently appointed Client Liaison Officer. Katherine will be calling you to set up appointments to meet with you. Please use this as a relationship-building opportunity and utilise this time productively. This is just another way that we would like to improve our services to you.

MEDIS EDI SPECIALIST

Elaine Govender (ex MediKredit staff) has also joined the Medis team. Her role is to identify the scheme rules and assist with the service delivery to you. You can speak to Elaine with regard to all your tariff codes, diagnosis codes and nappi code enquiries. Together with Jabu, she will also be responsible for all your Medis EDI queries. With the above appointments, we hope to provide better support services for you.

Future Releases

MEDIS EDI

Look out for our new Medis Elite product which will be our new offering for the future. We have already developed our own EDI Switch called,  Medis EDI and are in the process of rolling it out to our client base. Our Medicine Price Update facilityhas been successfully installed at most of our GP practices and is successfully compliant. We have also set up our ownVirtual ISP and offer ADSL Connectivity at an affordable rate.
